ViaSuccess is my latest canvas, where I merge my expertise in SaaS, customer success, and marketing to paint a picture of sustainable growth for companies and their cherished customers.

I founded ViaSuccess to address a gap I saw firsthand: brilliant SaaS teams hindered by patchwork solutions. Leading the strategic growth of Ingen Dynamics, an AI and robotics startup, I expanded the company from a 20-person team to over 150 employees, enhancing its global presence. My efforts are focused on facilitating connections among alumni to foster professional and personal growth, organizing significant events, including the Worldwide Alumni Celebration, and ensuring alumni stay engaged through up-to-date contact information in our secure portal. 

I serve as the primary liaison between the alumni community and the University, coordinating with faculty, supporting student recruitment efforts, and acting as an ambassador to enhance our network's presence and impact. 

I also focus on succession planning, encourage philanthropic support for the Annual Fund, and celebrate the achievements within our community. My commitment is to enrich the alumni experience, leveraging our collective strengths for a dynamic and supportive network.

Grace Blue Partnership 

As a key member of the global leadership team, I work directly with the founders, the regional CEOs, and the CFO. My role involves identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities, whether through the development of new relationships or the ideation and launch of innovative products. Currently, I am leading a digital media transformation within the organization to enhance brand perception. This includes strategic changes in social media usage, website restructuring, and cohesive messaging.

As Managing Partner, I am responsible for expanding our consumer brands practice in the dynamic Asia Pacific region. Our focus is on consumer-centric brands seeking transformative talent for business-critical roles. I work closely with the teams in Singapore, China, the UK, and the USA, leveraging my global perspective to drive success.

Reporting to the President International, I managed the Consumer & Retail team of 12 partners in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focused on senior appointments for the Consumer and Retail industries. Implemented and coordinated tactical and strategic business development plans to achieve the firm’s objectives while instilling best practices and proposing enhancements to internal practices and processes. Worked closely with a business partner to write a white paper on digital transformation, organising and presenting at closed-door events in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the USA.

Odgers Berndtson

Responsible for developing the Consumer & Retail practice in Southeast Asia and leading it in APAC, specialising in senior executive assignments for Consumer, Retail, and Digital. Supported Procurement & Supply Chain assignments in Asia. As part of the global Consumer & Retail leadership team, I liaised with colleagues in EMEA and Americas to strengthen the collaboration across regions and improve the relationship with international clients.

Working side-by-side with a team of researchers and consultants, I was responsible for the entire life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, final salary negotiations, presenting offers and closing on both the client and candidate side. Interacted with clients (C-suite, HR heads, and hiring managers) from a range of industries to determine talent needs, understand requirements and develop job descriptions. Advised and coached hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process to ensure risk minimisation and improve long-term success.

Revenue increased by five-fold from the previous year. Responsible for the business development of new and existing clients, developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies, growing the client base, strengthening existing relationships and improving revenue.

Park Idiomas Franchising

Contracted to co-developed business strategy with the CEO by determining marketing objectives and identifying high potential franchising opportunities. The strategy was based on detailed market research and due diligence, fitting the company’s long-term goals. Gathered and synthesised market research data on executive education on the major urban centres of South America, considering competitors, income, real estate growth rate and proximity to urban hubs to determine the best location for new franchises. 

Designed and built a value-based scenario analysis model, including variables from competitive market intelligence to improve pricing accuracy and ROI for new franchises and present financial benefits to potential investors. Identified and conducted presentations to potential investors, successfully testing the new strategy and the price structure for new franchises. Reported the findings to the CEO, suggesting the implementation of the new strategy.
