From launching Tiska on Wooplr in 2016 to weaving narratives as a freelance copywriter, I've always been driven by a love for creation and connection. ViaSuccess is my latest canvas, where I merge my expertise in SaaS, customer success, and marketing to paint a picture of sustainable growth for companies and their cherished customers.

I founded ViaSuccess to address a gap I saw firsthand: brilliant SaaS teams hindered by patchwork solutions. How to turn an idea into a successful product? I have spent half of my life answering this question. The success of any modern product is based on digital marketing — this is what I love and know how to do.

Digital marketing of the future is a complex system of many processes and tools that only operate successfully combined together. I know how to create successful brands and transform digital marketing. I put a part of myself into each project, genuinely and professionally dealing with a process.

My name is Mike Sidorov. I am the founder and creative director of the Understand Agency with 8 years of experience in creating interactive websites, advanced design, complex 3D graphics, production and communication strategies. I am also a co-founder of a marketplace of modern art and a lecturer.

I can create a project from scratch — from an idea to a final product and I love what I do. For more than 10 years in digital, I have put a part of my soul in the development of hundreds of successful brands and have built a team capable of modernizing or bringing any project to the digital space.

My agency now is a team of more than 30 people, each of whom is assigned to one of three full-fledged departments, which work together to holistically address the challenges of the companies and help them to succeed.

1. The Analytics department starts with a strategy. In order to achieve goals, they analyze the essence of a business and build a global knowledge base that allows businesses to understand the most efficient way to achieve their business goals.
2. Design department develops cutting-edge websites and inspiring corporate identities that produce a wow-effect and are completely result-oriented.
3. The 3D Production department produces complex 3D motion, organizes remote video shooting, without which it is impossible to achieve brand awareness and attract an audience.

The uniqueness of our approach lies in the systematic interaction of three departments, which allows us to effectively solve problems and focus on business goals, rather than building work processes. That’s just how modern digital works. That’s just how I work.
