Just saved a client 10hours a week - without touching a line of code.

Most SaaS teams are still losing 10–15 hours a week to the same mundane ops flows.

This last week I had to make some decisions inside Hey Digital that weren't easy or fun, and definitely aren't something you prepare for in any playbook.

But they were the right call for where we’re going next.

Today I shared that news with the entire company during our all-hands and it became one of the clearest reminders of why I 🫶🏻 our people.

The support.
The transparency.
The lack of ego.
The “let’s figure this out and keep moving” mindset.

That’s what real culture looks like.

The way people show up during the tougher moments. When things are changing and nobody’s looking for drama, just clarity and momentum.

2025 has been our strongest year yet.
→ Record months.
→ Huge client wins.
→ A bunch of internal promotions
→ Some of the sharpest creative and performance work we've ever produced.

But to get to the next level in 2026, we’re tightening focus and raising the bar across the board.

And part of that means that right now we're looking for more incredible talent to join us.
