For the first two campaigns at the Nottingham Trent Alumni Fundraising team I was a top caller for the Alumni Fundraising team often receiving the most gifts for the charity in one shift due to my friendly tone and positivity on the phones.  This was also due to my determination to do the best I can possibly do.

I was then promoted to Superviser, supervising a group of around 20 callers. My role was to motivate and manage the callers and also answer difficult queries on the phone. I enjoyed this role due to the leadership abilities I have and also the energy I posess.
