I believe in the power of youth. From the age of 15, I set out on a mission to make a difference - that difference is the charity that I lead, Youth Leads UK. Growing up through disadvantage gave me the motivation to improve the lives of others facing similar challenges. 

All of my adult life has been devoted to public service supporting over 12,500 young people achieve their dreams and develop themselves. I now support organisations in being youth-proof, advising charities and non-profits and sharing my story to inspire others.

Outside of work, I like to travel, and I drink far too many Caramel Lattes!
