- Produced five print issues, a 10-step business guide, and directed cover-shoots remotely. 
- Hired two and led a cross-functional hybrid team of five, including art directors, designers, and photo editors, while managing freelancers and external agencies.
- Delivered successful multi-channel B2B partnerships with parent company Mailchimp, Instagram, and Deciem.
- Improved digital output with website redesign consultation, newsletter overhaul (50k+ MoM growth), and refined social narrative.
- Collaborated closely with Mailchimp's digital production team in the US.

AllBright

B2C and B2B career network, connecting half a million women in business through digital and physical spaces.

- Launched a top-rated members‘ app in 5 weeks during Covid with 900% membership growth in the first month, 50% trial-to-member conversion, and a 4.8* rating. Named App of the Day twice. MoM revenue growth of more than 25%.
- Led a brand refresh and design vision over six months for AllBright and 12+ sub-brands, boosting visibility and consistency.
- Managed and hired a remote team of three brand designers, directed three external product designers, and collaborated with freelancers (motion designers, copywriters, and art directors).
- Acted as main lead creative for 6 months during CCO‘s maternity leave, executing multi-channel global digital campaigns, partnership landing pages or masterclasses.
- Boosted social output by x3 by developing templates for non-designers. Led to a 50k+ follower increase in one year, with 100K+ followers across all channels.
- Rolled out Asana company-wide and established a structured briefing system, boosting design efficiency and cutting costs.
- Redesigned emails with 30 templates and a CRM-based design system, optimising workflows for UK, AUS, and AU markets in a two-week sprint.

- Spearheaded and directed editorial print redesign.

- Played a key role in establishing PETRIe as an award-winning magazine, available at renowned cultural institutions such as Tate Modern, Frieze Art Fair, and the Photographer’s Gallery.
