I led the design and delivery of complex, high profile business change programmes in the public and private sectors across multiple industries and sectors in the UK and overseas. I specialised in culture change and leadership development and the facilitation of complex dynamics and conversations often with senior audiences.  I was responsible for managing teams, assignments and accounts. I also delivered training internally on coaching and business change.

I was part of a UK team that supported the Romanian Ministry of Justice in the design and development of a new national Probation Service in Romania for young offenders. My role focussed on developing the capability of teams of voluntary sector practitioners to assess and supervise young offenders; advising and capacity building of local managers in team and service development; educating and influencing members of the judiciary, prison governors and civil servants on the ethos, effectiveness and design of community-based penalties for juveniles.  I learned and operated in Romanian during this time. The Service still operates today.

I was responsible for the assessment and supervision of offenders in the UK criminal justice system. Working with young people and adults, I operated in the court, prison and community settings, providing assessments on the suitability of offenders for community penalties and supervising offenders made subject to community penalties.

I'm equal parts sharp-minded consultant (ex-global consulting firm) and probing, professionally certified coach. You don’t often find both in one person. I bring IQ and EQ – it’s a powerful combo. 

The whole Neon thing was born from an exercise I did on a leadership programme in 2012. We were on a life raft and had to improvise a pitch about why we should be saved. I talked about spray painting the world with colour, turning grey to neon. And so Neon was born. I left my corporate consulting job a few months later, and here I am twelve years on. 

There are six reasons for contacting me:

1. You’re a purpose-led leader and you want to get better at the leadership bit. Maybe you find the people bit hard. Or you feel lonely and would like your own private sounding board. Or you’re knackered and still not getting the results you want. You’re up for exploring what coaching has to offer you. 
 
2. You lead a team that needs help to lead better together. Maybe relationships are strained or there's been a lot of change. Or styles are clashing. You haven’t been able to solve it alone and it needs to improve. You're looking for a skilled, confident facilitator / team coach. 

3. You’re a Chief People Officer or HR Director in a purpose-led organisation responsible for culture and leadership. Your leaders need help to get better results without burning themselves or their teams out. You want to talk about the levers for changing leadership culture across your organisation. You know it may not be as ‘simple’ as a leadership programme. 

4.	The ‘Deeply Human®’ thing resonates with you. You read about the Deeply Human Culture Club and are interested to join the community.
