Job burn-out. Toxic workplace. Career dissatisfaction. During my assorted careers in hospitality management, sales, and human resources, I’ve been through all of the above. I somehow navigated through each challenge on my own, but it certainly wasn’t easy. After my last transition, I considered hiring a career coach. The more I learned about the services they provide, the more I realized I had the skills, knowledge, and expertise to actually BECOME a career coach.

- Launched a formal mentorship program in collaboration with Director of DEIB - the program participation doubled in size from year 1 to year 2.
- Created and administrated a fellowship program in collaboration with AVP and VP of congregate care for direct care staff to upskill and retain high potential staff - this program saw 85% retention of participating staff and promotions for 1/3 of participants. 
- Served as project manager for HR team in COA re-accreditation process
- Served as project manager for HR and finance teams to integrate HRIS processes during a merger
- Oversaw performance evaluation process that led to 72% completion Agency wide.

Director, Leadership and Organizational Development

- Developed, managed, and facilitated trainings to internal and external audiences (including nonprofit agencies and schools)

- Coached and developed internal trainers.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

- Collaborated and negotiated with in-state and out-of-state behavioral health providers at all levels of care to coordinate member treatment and interventions.

- collaborated with psychiatrists, project leaders, program consultants, and associates internally to optimize member care and ensure a constructive provider experience.

Behavioral Health Utilization Manager

-  Treated complex developmental trauma, sexually reactive behaviors, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, and other emotional & behavioral difficulties

Performed mobile crisis evaluations in a variety of settings (group homes, community, emergency rooms)
