Collaborated and implemented marketing campaigns/events/focus groups, D&I initiatives, and community outreach efforts within the D&I community. SPE’s lead for "Latinx in Hollywood" cross-studio mixer, which showed our studio as a willing team player. The result was further Sony Pictures' overall diversity and inclusion strategies within the company and industry. 
•	Proud mentor for CSR partnership SPARK program, which established a bridge between Sony and local middle-school students. This increased student understanding of the business impact of the entertainment industry within local communities.
