I am a global partnerships and revenue operations leader with 19+ years of experience, including 15+ driving partner strategy, operations, and program development across high-growth SaaS, Cloud, and Technology organizations. As the Sr. Director of Partner Revenue Operations, I lead global partner strategy, operations, & programs, to drive the end-to-end success of LogicMonitor’s partner ecosystem. I am responsible for not only defining global partner strategy but also operationalizing and scaling it through robust data models, forecasting infrastructure, compensation alignment, and performance attribution frameworks.

Previously, I led the execution and operations of the global partner GTM strategy at Tricentis. I rebuilt attribution and reporting frameworks and improved deal attribution accuracy by 35% and reduced Q2C issues by 70%. We launched predictive analytics dashboards that cut forecasting and reporting time by 80%, and redesigned the partner portal to drive higher deal registrations and partner engagement. Furthermore, at Megaport, I scaled the global channel programs, generating $35M+ in net new revenue, building $50M+ in pipeline, and onboarding 350+ new partners while boosting engagement by 50 percent and certifying 600+ partner users. At IBM, I launched new marketplace programs that generated $50M+ in revenue and expanded the ecosystem to 1,700+ partners across 90+ distributors.
