SaaS company and leader in the Cybersecurity industry. Managed 20 enterprise customers with $2 million in annual recurring revenue. No customers churned during my tenure. Liaison between the customer and multiple internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Security Operations Center (SOC) and Professional Services. Main point of contact for the full life cycle of the customer from onboarding, implementation through post deployment. Manages and leads the onboarding journey for new and existing customers.  Journey includes internal meeting with Sales Account Executive, implementation with Customer Success Sales Engineer, deployment with SOC and training through our Learning Management System (LMS). Submits weekly reports on deployment status for new and existing customers to internal stakeholders. Attends daily meetings with Engineering and SOC to provide status updates for customers with technical issues and customers going through deployment. Assists with upsell opportunities with the Account Managers. Developed the process in ChurnZero for weekly status updates on the customer's overall health score. Helped develop the Sales to Customer Success hand off process for new customers as well as the steps for the customer onboarding journey. Worked with Customer Success colleagues to gain reviews from our customers on the G2 website. Meets monthly with all customers for an Account Review along with SOC and meets quarterly for an Executive Business Review along with the Account Manager. Escalates technical issues to SOC and schedules working sessions to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Works with customers to ensure they are engaging with our platform and understand the value and the ROI our platform brings to their company. Excels at gaining the customers trust, building rapport and maintaining strong relationships. Proficient with Google Suite, ChurnZero, Jira, JumpCloud, Confluence, Zoom and Slack.

Enterprise Customer Success Manager

SaaS company and leader in the email industry.  Manages the post life cycle journey for 200 Customers (including On Premise and Cloud) and serves as the main liaison between the Customer and the Company.  Customer portfolio includes Small Org (10%), Mid Market and Enterprise customers (90%).  Works with Customers to ensure they renew their contract, are engaging with our platform, and understand the value and the ROI our platform brings to their company.  Takes an analytic approach and provides strategic direction to customers to help them meet their KPI's.  Liaison between the customer and multiple internal departments including Sales, Support, Finance, Product Specialists, Product Development and Engineering.  Works with the Finance Department to help collect overdue payments.  Helps troubleshoot technical issues that arise and escalates technical cases to our Support Team.  Excels at gaining the customer's trust and maintaining a strong relationship.  Advocates for the customer and provides and overall exceptional experience for them.  Onboards new customers and conducts quarterly business reviews.  Upsells our add on features to expand the customer partnership.  Sends out Customer renewal licenses.  Trains new hires on the team. Managed a territory of private medical practices and hospitals throughout Prince George's County.  Upsold Labcorp's Diagnostic Testing Services to be the premiere testing service chosen by practices and their patients.

The community platform software allows organizations to give their members a place on their website where they can communicate, share ideas, resources and stay connected.  It not only helps the organization grow and retain members, but it also helps grow non-dues revenue.  By giving their members a voice we help organizations improve their business intelligence through data driven decisions.  Responsible for selling the software nationwide to mid market Associations that generate between $2-7 million in revenue.  Prospected new clients by email and cold calling by phone.  Warm leads were provided internally 50% of the time.  Took new clients through full sales cycle with a consultative approach from initial discovery call, product demo and proposal review.  Focused on solution selling and sharing the benefits of ROI with the client.  Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and working knowledge of HubSpot.  Represented Higher Logic and worked the company's booth at trade shows.  Closed $62,200 in revenue in year one. Managed 11 account managers.  Interviewed, hired and trained the sales staff.  Drove revenue nationwide by booking patients for surgery. Premium DC (Washington, DC), Virginia Eagle (Northern VA) and the DLC (Montgomery County, MD).  Premium also worked with our Brewery in Montgomery County.  Served as direct liaison between the Brewery and the Wholesalers.  Helped keep the Wholesalers up to date on new products, promotions and educated their staff on selling the portfolio.  Helped Wholesalers maintain and grow current distribution and account base.  Created and executed Wholesaler staff incentives and annual programs. Responsible for selling and marketing the entire portfolio for a wholesaler which included over 100 products ranging from domestic, imported and craft beer, energy drinks, water, iced tea and soft drinks.  Managed a territory of 125 accounts which included bars and restaurants in Northwest DC with a focus on Georgetown, Glover Park, Tenleytown and Friendship Heights.  Maintained and grew current account base.  Focused heavily on new business development.  Helped coordinate from concept to execution numerous onsite promotions and contests for restaurant staff and consumers.  Developed advertising campaigns for accounts that highlighted product specials and consumer promotions.  Organized and executed beer dinners, samplings and bar staff training.  Cicerone certified Beer Server.  I was featured discussing beer profiles in our portfolio during the Belgian Beer segment live on Fox 5 Morning News DC Affiliate WTTG. Responsible for promoting and negotiating artists’ music for airplay on multi-format radio stations which helped increase the company’s revenue in music sales.  Managed a territory of 52 radio stations from Maine to Connecticut.  Helped coordinate from concept to execution numerous radio promotions on air and on site.  Organized and accompanied our artists to every concert, meet and greet, promo tour and radio appearance in the Northeast region.  Managed annual T&E budget. Universal Music Group is the largest distributor of music world wide.  Worked in the multi format radio promotion department and assisted the VP and National Director of Top 40 Radio Promotion.  Provided overall administrative support including handling heavy phones, expense reports and booking travel.  Proficient with Mediabase, BDS and Soundscan software systems for data analysis and researching sales trends.  Responsible for the daily mediabase report, new airplay sheet, independent fee logs, and the targeted and projected radio stations for the week.
