As a Senior Program Manager, I led a team of front line managers who oversee programs focused on aircraft inspections, equipment maintenance, and compliance issues. Facilitating human resource responsibilities, I handled all performance reviews, coaching feedback, culture setting strategy, and any disciplinary actions necessary. My entire responsibility encompasses managing 153 total employees, two aircraft maintenance hangars worth $36M, 11 programs, and $28M worth of equipment.

An achievement in this position includes:
●	Led a high-profile program focused on improving our qualification upgrade rates.

Senior Program Manager

In this role, I served as program manager at two separate locations, Dover Air Force Base and Ramstein Air Force Base. Leading a seven-member team, I focused the team’s efforts on flawless execution of the aircraft maintenance programs. Specifically, identifying and implementing process improvements that increased productivity and operational efficiencies within the aircraft wheel and tire work center saved the Air Force millions of dollars in cost savings. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership ensuring they were up to date on all aircraft and equipment statuses and concerns.

Some notable accomplishments in this role include:
●	Increased order efficiency by 150% via creation of database.
●	Secured alternative sourcing options for aircraft wheel bearings preventing nine-month supply bottleneck.
●	Delivered 6% cost savings through streamlined inventory and production processes.

While in Honduras, I oversaw all aircraft and helicopter related operations for Central American missions and ensured safe and secure operations of the region’s lone capable C-5 airfield. 

I did this while training and developing a two person crew as they executed the vision of the section. I was awarded a Commendation Medal for my efforts during that year.

Key achievements in this role included:
●	Collaborated with the U.S Marines to conduct three anti-trafficking operations throughout Central America.
●        Overhauled base’s tool accountability system, creating central checkout point and reducing waste by 27%

Operations Manager

I interacted with Wing deployment agency while ensuring that all personnel and equipment met 12 hour Operations capability timelines. I also ensured full-spectrum readiness of personnel and equipment, maintained mobility folders, and ensures mobility training requirements are met. I also deployed within 12 hours as C-5 and C-17 maintenance team member, while supporting TRANSCOM's global Joint Task Force-Port Opening (JTF-PO) mission with the Army.

I sustained worldwide Contingency Response Wing maintenance operations while being deployable within 12 hours. During this time, I executed bare base buildup, established personnel and equipment placement, and supported USTRANSCOM directed missions. As a mechanic, I maintained and serviced 18 C-5 and 13 C-17 aircraft and alleviated maintenance personnel shortfalls.

Contingency Aircraft Mechanic

During the beginning of my Air Force career, I performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 18 C-5 aircraft valued at over $3.7 billion. I also performed aircraft inspections and servicing for daily training sorties, worldwide missions, and special taskings. I managed numerous programs and tracked accountability of test equipment, tools, and technical manuals valued at $1 million.

delivering customized data solutions for large pharmaceutical companies. Develop and execute
strategy for 20 large and strategic business opportunities. Lead statistical modeling, data
visualization, and executive presentations, translating complex data into compelling messaging
for senior leaders. Manage and develop growing team of Data Scientists. Oversee analysis of
in-flight studies to identify opportunities for improvement, including partnering with feasibility
and opportunity teams.
• Spearheaded design and production of multiple high-impact products, including:

- Designed and oversaw the implementation of best-in-class ML and data engineering systems that are cost-optimized, extensible, flexible, and scalable. 
- Designed system for CI/CD and Infrastructure as a Code that influenced the organization development as a whole and immediately delivered value.
- Built and developed a high-performing AI & ML team, ensuring the program was positioned to help the business scale; continued the team’s further development to deliver key results in collaboration with other groups.
- Conceptualized and launched the roadmap and strategy for the AI & ML portfolio.
- Drove transformational growth in personalization capabilities for the company’s premier product, a sleep tracker app, from 1 model to 21 proven models using 500 million rows of data. This project decreased customer churn by 10%.

In this role, I provided advisory services and developed robust client relationships, leading to client expansion and retention for Curate Insights to drive data science initiatives. Some of the focus areas included:
- Directed the efforts to expand services from one to three offerings by leading the strategy for the Data Science portfolio. 
- Led an initiative to develop and deploy a cloud-based solution for a client to recommend health plans, leading to a scalable model the client could leverage, promoting tailored AI to support their needs.
- Developed a system for data analysts to visualize high-dimensional data using standard tools.

I was hired into the organization as a Senior Data Scientist and was quickly promoted to a Lead role. In this position, I built and led a high-performing team providing the finance-driven organization with expertise in data engineering, MLOps, and research and development (R&D). 

- Created a vision for the team and cascading goals to drive and improve reproducibility and design of the data science and data engineering platforms.
- Drove automation in the organization through client predictions and data ingestion, automating processes that previously required significant human interaction.
- Improved processing speeds for jobs by 10x through benchmarking a system for scalable I/O using native Python libraries.
- Reduced incorrect predictions significantly by orchestrating a time-series clustering to determine prediction types that allowed for the development of tailored algorithms for predictions.
- Decreased the times for demand planning predictions from three days to two to three hours in some cases by serving as lead architect on an initiative to create a scalable cloud-native internal data science pipeline.
- Leveraged programming best practices such as encapsulation and separation of concerns to deliver weekly predictions for sales of high-volume products and retailers to increase scalability.

At Caserta, I developed strong client relationships in a consultative role to help drive transformational initiatives within the clients’ businesses. Key contributions in this position included:

- Collaborated with a client in the fitness industry to build a production recommendation system for fitness data using machine learning to create real-time class recommendation predictions for members.
- Drove and implanted a production-grade extensible cloud-based web automation system for a large charter school system, allowing the client to gain access to multiple inaccessible datasets, leading to vast changes in data availability to drive business change.

As an Instructor and Data Scientist, I provided course instruction to physicians on data science topics, including oversight of hands-on projects based upon lessons within the coursework. Additionally, I drove strategic initiatives for the hospital through the impacts of the data science projects completed. Notable highlights:

- Partnered with the Radiology department to develop a computer vision system to classify medical images.
- Developed an automated diagnosis tool with deep learning for Natural Language Processing (NLP) that used free-text radiology reports, transforming how doctors received patient results with just-in-time notification.
- Spearheaded a major operations project focused on predictive modeling to optimize hospital operations for multiple areas, including reducing the rate of missed appointments. 
- Created a python framework to reproducibly fit and optimize machine learning models at scale.
- Wrote a production-grade module for image processing in a custom workflow framework utilized to make predictions for thousands of images.

-	Enabled rapid material engineering by leading a team of engineers to develop the Surface Phase Explorer, an open-source and web-based tool that automates the statistical analysis of a surface.

I joined the lab to model components, implement new modeling methods, and design materials prediction methods for programs focused on transforming technology. My responsibilities included:
-	Modeled components for new lithium-based batteries leading to a new understanding of component performance that improves battery energy density and safety.
-	Discovered reactions that drive energy production from water by implementing new modeling methods for atomic-scale materials.
-	Initiated and designed materials prediction methods for a national Department of Energy program to transform energy storage technology.
