Designed and delivered a structured framework of customer-centric blended learning; including a digital platform, face to face train the trainer delivery and ongoing coaching.

Specifically focussed on driving sales of fresh produce, bakery, meat and seafood.  Outcomes were to create more engaged and informed conversations between their people and their customers.

BWS - Woolworths Liquor

Established a clear sales model and customer service training approach to up-level the customer experience to increase sales delivered digitally and through facilitation.

Achievements:
 ▶︎  8 trained Drinks Training Specialist's
 ▶︎  Delivered to 1300 stores nationwide
 ▶︎  Approx. 10,000 staff members trained
 ▶︎  NPS score tripled

Some of the early changes once the training started were:
    • Team members had a "Mindset for Success"​ when it came to service and sales.
    • Objection handling became an opportunity.
    • All senior managers able to congruently coach sales and service modules

Shifted the culture from transactional to  service & sales across all teams. 

Designed a customised program and assist the launch of their new sales culture with train the trainer and coaching support.

▶︎ Approx. 4500 staff members trained
▶︎ NPS increased by 17.5%

Key focus was to ensure that the team didn't feel too salesy and therefor shy away from selling and this was achieved.

Created a centralised Sales and Service training system to be delivered across the different companies for both Inbound and Outbound Call Centres.  

Facilitated Team Manager leadership workshops via a Coach the Coach program.  

Designed an on-boarding Sales and Service training program across all the call centres both inbound and outbound for Cellarmasters, Langtons, Winemarket, NZ Wine Society, Dan Murphy’s.

Achievements:
 ▶︎  4100 new recruits and existing team members trained
 ▶︎  First inbound training team increased sales by 508% 
 ▶︎  Average conversion lifted from 16% to 22% within 6 months
 ▶︎  In 2012 Outbound hit every single quarterly target for the first time.
 ▶︎  Outbound hit their revenue budget of $45 million in 2012
