Here’s what moved forward:

• Fixed authentication gaps: added support for email password resets, Google sign-in, and phone-based login so users can access the app regardless of how they prefer to authenticate.

• Finished setting up payments with a clean, secure permission model and fully configured webhook events for subscription lifecycle management.

• Mapped out the complete subscription system: upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, and customer portal flows.- And made it easy, I hate it when you can't cancel something without going through 18 screens.

• Designed the entire onboarding architecture: first-time guide, archetype quiz, energy state explanations, Pulse tutorial, Today dashboard walkthrough, Planner/calendar explanation, and re-run onboarding logic.

• Defined the full multi-provider calendar integration strategy: Google Calendar, Microsoft 365/Outlook, and a unified event model that pulls a user’s entire life into one view.

• Added the data structures and flows needed to support external calendars and merge them into the internal rhythm engine.

ENDURANCE OS now has:

A robust authentication layer
A subscription system ready for implementation
A complete first-time user experience
A path to full multi-calendar integration
