* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

Here’s what we do - pathology-led exercise for those of you who need support self managing chronic pain at work; at home and in life. We devise bespoke Clinical Pilates pain management techniques for pain relief and prevention.

Whether a client needs help with back pain management due to a change in lifestyle such as work from home, or is experiencing difficulties managing chronic and progressive conditions such as arthritis or Parkinson’s, Scarlett works with the individual, their environment and their particular needs.

To put it in plain English - we help you and your staff move better, prescribing self-management strategies for pain relief and delivering treatments to alleviate chronic pain, reduce sickness/absenteeism rates and improve the overall health of your workforce. 

Prescriptive exercise is using clinical pilates as a ‘prescription’ to target specific pathologies.
Clinical Pilates is the foundation of our exercise-based treatment programmes.
