✔Don't communicate: Just... radio silence. Well, I doubt they're creating copy behind enemy lines, so I don't know why they ignore e-mails and won't let you in on the process.

✔Brand voice inconsistency: They just can't manage to "tick" with your brand's voice. I know there will be failures, copy isn't a science. But not creating a system around a client is a no-no.

✔Expertise in the industry: I know we aren't meant to be experts in any field besides copy but HAVE BASIC FREAKIN' KNOWLEDGE C'MON!

✔The "Words on a Page Writer": Ahh, my favorite. The guy (or gal) that sends you the word count on a Google Doc and an invoice, two reviews, and that's it.
