An advice to all apps doing less than $1M a year. 

If you tested UGC ads with no success these are my two recommendations that could help you make money with paid ads:

1. Google search to app ads. No UGC content is needed and can be run only with keywords 

2. TikTok search to app ads. You get to control who sees the ad and show the content for people already looking for a product like yours. 

So go all in into search acquisition and show the right ad at the right time with granular data.

Most people believe that a startup that is living together must be like the Silicon Valley shows.

The truth is that it can not be truer.

Instead of doing crazy activities, having a lot of fun, or even partying with the team, the reality is that 90% of my days look like the image below.

Closed inside my room, doing demo calls, companies book to start using enhanced app campaigns (EACs).

Don't get me wrong. The fact that dozens of app companies are willing to test the product and are achieving amazing results makes me one of the happiest men on earth.

Building something people want (and pay for) feels amazing.

But sometimes I wish the startup vibe were a little bit cooler, like those shows I used to watch when I was younger.

This is the easiest way to 10x the daily ad spend while being profitable ↓ 

I will tell you a true story that happened in the last few days.

An app in the health and fitness category was spending $300 a day while breaking even.

After implementing enhanced app campaigns on Meta Ads, they scaled to $2,800 per day and reduced the cost per purchase by 20%.

So they asked me. "Lucas, what should we do next?"

My answer was simple. Just launch the exact same campaign (using enhanced app campaigns) on TikTok Ads.

Since they were already using Appstack, launching a new channel took them less than 10 minutes.

Four days after launching the campaign on TikTok Ads, they reduced their cost per purchase from $20 to $12 while spending an additional $500 per day. 

And it does not stop here. The next steps are:
