The work I love most is early-stage: validating ideas, getting executive greenlight, and shipping MVPs that prove value before scaling. At Nike, that approach drove a $100M annual reduction in product returns.I also teach what I build. I co-created and lead the AI Product Management Certificate at the University of Washington, where experienced PMs ship real GenAI products complete with evaluation plans and GTM strategies. I build marketing workflows for media, streaming, and creators.

My focus: 
- CMS tools that help marketers easily create marketing experiences that convert prospective Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN fans into Disney Streaming bundle customers
- Vertical AI agents for marketing conversions and live experiences – shows, streams, sports, and interactive podcasts. 

Today I’m a Senior Product Manager at Disney Streaming (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN), working across CMS, lifecycle content, and experimentation for large audiences. I’ve also led product at Nexstar (270+ local news sites), ON24 (B2B virtual events), and T-Mobile (AI copilots and workflow automation for internal teams).

On the founder side, I’m Co-founder of Chatmosa, a live video + audio platform for creators and broadcasters to easily create podcasts. Chatmosa is developing vertical AI agents: pre-session, live-session and post-session agent meshes, live agent co-hosts, clipping and distribution agents, and show-runner agents that help creators grow faster without a big team.

As co-founder of Chatmosa.com I believe stories shape culture, but too often, the voices that matter most are left out.

Chatmosa is building an inclusive platform where underrepresented creators can turn storytelling into influence, income, and impact. Our all-in-one tool helps emerging podcasters and businesses save time, increase reach, and earn revenue by seamlessly connecting users across social media platforms and payment systems.

What I’m good at:
• Turning messy CMS + marketing stacks into clear, shippable workflows
• Working with engineers on multi-agent systems that are observable, testable, and safe
• Translating creator/media business models into product requirements and metrics
• Shipping things that move revenue, not just make good demos

What I’m interested in next:
• Vertical AI agent products for media, sports, and creator platforms
• Agent orchestration / evaluation tools that support live experiences
• Roles where I can combine product leadership with hands-on experimentation
