1. Make 60-70 calls a day on the 350 company accounts and contacts assigned in the Hubspot CRM.

2. Run cadences and sequences for the calls, emails and text messages.

3. Import missing information and contacts from Apollo into the Hubspot CRM.

4. With the help of Apollo Chrome extension tried to import right contacts from the Amazon Private Label business websites and official LinkedIn pages.

5. Do some Pre-call research, make discovery, prospecting, follow-up calls and grab DM's interest of the Amazon Private label over the phone and email that they may book a product demonstration with us for Trellis' AI & Automation based E-commerce Merchandising Software for Amazon.

6. Book demos and report to the Senior Account Manager Hamza Dar.

7. Communicate with the CEO and teammates over Slack, Google Meet and Zoom.

8. Attend weekly Sales funnel meeting and bi-monthly peer to peer sales learning sessions.

Sales Development Representative

As an SDR my job role was to:

1. Always think out of the Box.

2. Make Outbound Discovery and Prospecting Calls (Cold Call).

3. Run Cadence which included daily steps like Calls, Emails, and Text Messages.

4. Communicate, Prospect, and send Product and Services-related emails.

5. Drop situational voicemails, send text messages, set callbacks, and do follow-up calls.

6. Book Software Walkthroughs for RepairDesk Point of Sale System & 1:1 sessions for Digital Marketing Services with the Sales Director, Sales Ops Manager, Product, Growth & Partnership Specialists.

7. Ensure by all means that the Prospect shows up for the Software Walkthrough and 1:1 session.

8. Manage leads and accounts by using Salesforce CRM.

9. Just to engage and grab the interest for the Software Walkthrough & 1:1 session create and send interactive personal emails, texts and logos.

As an Account Executive SMB (New DOT 1- 9) my day to day work routine involved following activities.

1. SAP Litmos trainings.

2. Attending Daily Kick Off Meeting (DKO).

3. Meeting Daily KPIs of 75 dials, 45 emails and 75 minutes of talk time.

4. Creating sales opportunities, updating, maintaining responsive accounts according to the Sale Stage (Prospecting, Discovery, Qualification, Presentation, Trial, Negotiation,
 Order Form, Check Out, Closed Won / Closed Lost) and also Q-longing 10-20 unresponsive or unfit accounts from the total pool of 300 accounts assigned in the Salesforce.

5. Importing contacts from Salesforce, adding them in the right cadence, calling, leaving voicemails, sending text messages and emails via Salesloft was also a daily norm.

6. FIGMA demo heat map was also demanded to be made Green by giving at least 3 demos in a month. Highest I gave and recorded were 4 demos for the month of Aug 2021.

9. Using deal margin, deal calculator and cable tool.

10. In case of IT or EOS issues use to generate Jira Ticket.

11. Every Monday use to have a 1:1 session with the Sales Manager.

12. Each Wednesday attended weekly Shout-out Meeting.

13. Each Thursday attended a Casual Meeting with our State line Manager Arka Menon.

14. Each month attended All Hands Meeting.

15. Each day before the shift ended use to attend Daily Debrief Meeting (DDB).

16. For internal communication, company wide Slack was used but for external communication Gmail was used.

17. As an Account Executive the tools, softwares, apps and the CRM's used were Salesforce, Salesloft, Genesys Cloud, Slack, G Suite, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, FIGMA, Google Drive, MsOffice 365, Confluence, OKTA, Google Authenticator, Xactly Incent, Happy Fox, Techno Financials, Superblocks, Workday and Greenhouse.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist on the project Truebill my job was to :

1. Hear, monitor and evaluate Negotiation calls (live & recorded both).

2. Train, coach and conduct one on one sessions with the Negotiators about the Client given Guidelines and SOPs.

3. Ensure Client that the Negotiators here are following the SOPs, Guidelines and templates properly.

4. Do follow up calls to investigate the matter and rectify Negotiation/Billing Errors.

5. Timely reporting the Client about the on going issue over the tickets and the solutions we have got for the customer.

6. Prepare Daily QA Sheet on G Suite and update follow up  notes in the ticket.

7. Prepare Daily Session Sheet on G Suite.

8. Send out session emails to the Negotiators on error.

9. Prepare total Monthly follow up & Session Sheet per Negotiator on G Suite.

10. Making daily announcements on Slack in the Quality Assurance channel & conducting biweekly QA Joint team huddle.

11. Evaluate and certify the most QA compliant Negotiator and Team of the Month through an internal e-certificate of Appreciation.

12. Manage QA follow up team of five.

13. Assign follow up calls to the entire QA follow up team.

14. Daily monitor each activity of every Negotiator through Meta base.

15. Set Quality related KPIs.

16. Meet, discuss and coordinate with the Client on daily basis through tools like Slack and Zoom.

17. Reported directly to the Team Supervisor Nabeel Daniel and the Client.

Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist (Bill Negotiator) on the project Truebill my job was to :

1. Make calls to the companies and negotiate monthly bills on the behalf of the customers who wanted their bills of Internet, Cable, TV, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Newspaper, Terminix and Car Radios to be lowered.

2. Calculate and reverify savings received over the phone. 

3. File up the savings received with proper Templates and Notes.

4. Log and dispose calls according to the time duration in the Ninja CRM per ticket.

5.Send customer offers and missing information emails.

6. Prepare a daily record of the total customers, client savings and negotiations made for the day on excel sheet.

7. Fill out daily total customer and client savings internal sheet.

8. Meet up daily savings target.

9. Attend joint team huddles and coordinate with the respective team lead.

10. Strictly follow the client given Negotiation Guidelines.

11. Discuss problematic scenarios over the tickets with the higher management for the best solution.

12. Visit each service provider's website, price comparison websites, customer service websites and google before making a negotiation call.

Customer Service Specialist (Bill Negotiator)

Khired Networks

1. At Khired Networks worked on B2B Irish project ZEEKO Education (NovaUCD) for its Internet Safety Seminars and Peer to Peer internet safety program and application called Appyness Online. The target market for the project was primary and secondary school Principals based in Ireland and United Kingdom.

2. From the very first day of the project our entire sales team was in direct interaction with the client on daily basis through ZOHO web conference, sales inbox emails and Nuacom softphone for sales training, daily stand up meetings, daily news brief about Ireland and work updates.

3. Day to day routine work involved ZOHO CRM plus Nuacom softphone for dialing, recording sales information, call dispositions, scheduling and rescheduling calls for the follow up. Sales inbox was also used for interacting with the client and the prospects via emails whereas MS Excel was used to prepare daily statistics report and later the report was added into the ZEEKO cloud station.

4. On company level also got a chance to use Slack for the official interactions other than Gmail and Teamviewer for sharing screen and providing access of the PC to the client and IT department.

Worked for a month on project CMU. On this job role the quality of the transcription related to Auto dealership, animal/bird evacuation from home and medical was evaluated from the random sample of 20 calls per transcriber.
