Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Success

CarGurus

As Vice President of Sales and Service I led a team of 250+ team members to manage CarGurus' North American customer base with responsibility for driving revenue growth, mitigating churn and revenue compression, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.

Over course of tenure directly managed revenue scaled from $60M to $380M, headcount grew from 17 to 250+, and revenue churn decreased by 36%.

Experian Data Quality

Managed team of Premier Customer Account Managers across country with full financial responsibility for 600+ of the largest and most critical Experian Data Quality customers, representing $30M of annual revenue. Responsible for planning and execution of eCommerce and Email Validation revenue strategy, with $2.7M total annual incremental revenue target from multiple channels.

In 2014 team delivered a 93.1% revenue retention rate against a target of 89%, and finished at 113% of sales quota. Overall, department finished $1.5M above a revenue budget of $28M, which represents the strongest performance in company history. At time I departed Experian, team was at 92.3% revenue retention YTD in 2015 against target of 89%, and 231% of sales quota; forecasted to finish fiscal year $2.1M above revenue budget.

Senior Manager, Premier Account Management

Windstream Communications

Headed Account Management team, with responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction and driving net new revenue across 4 sales offices in the New England region. Responsible for $31M of annual revenue. Achieved 184% sales quota attainment during tenure, and every member of team was 100%+ to plan for 2012. 

Exceeded sales quota for every quarter in position and made President's Club (top 5% of company).

Director, Account Development

PAETEC Holding Corporation

Responsible for managing and growing 150+ of PAETEC's largest customers in New England. Won President's Club for all 5 full calendar years in position. Exceeded sales quota every single quarter in position (25 consecutive quarters), with overall quota attainment of 264%. Voluntarily developed and delivered technical training program on national scale, while maintaining individual sales performance.
