🚨URGENT: We're hiring 2 Strategic Mid-Market Account Executives in San Francisco --> $240K OTE + quarterly accelerators + growth opportunities at Hyperbound (NOT remote). 

Both our current AEs, ☠️ Belal Batrawy and Isaac Hong have SURPASSED quota with a quarter still left in the fiscal year. They've both had $1M months and they're closing the biggest logos of their careers, hitting accelerators and making tens of thousands of dollars in bonuses. 

In the last 20 months since we launched Hyperbound, we've
- Been entirely inbound with word of mouth being our strongest growth channel
- Raised a $15M Series A
- Hit 2 back-to-back $1M months last quarter
- Closed Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 enterprises on massive thousand seat rollouts
- Grown from $0 → 7 figure ARR in 2024 in just 11 months, founder-led sales with a team of 4
- Have a 90%+ win rate in competitive head-to-head deals
- Invented a new category of sales tech that wasn't even possible before January 2024
- Scaled from 9 people at the start of this year to 20+ and on pace for 30 by EOY

Who we're looking for:
- Someone with 3-5 years of closing experience with a consistent track-record closing mid-market deals
- Hungry to make the jump to enterprise and just waiting for an opportunity
- Thinks outside the box and helps design sales strategy in the office, alongside the founders, Atul and I
- Wants to be part of the next category-defining moment in sales tech
- Relocate to SF (if not in the bay area)

The system of record is dead.

Data isn't your competitive advantage anymore. How fast you act is.

"I don't need another dashboard. I need direction."

That's what a senior sales leader told me this morning, and it hasn't left my head since.

"I can tell you our conversion rates, our sales cycles, who's performing well, who's not. What I can't tell you — is why."

They have more dashboards than they can count. More trackers, reports, and metrics than they'll ever need in Gong and their CRM. 

But when they go looking for why performance changed, it turns into a scavenger hunt. 

We have a saying at Hyperbound: "Insights die in dashboards."

That's exactly what they were suffering from. 

On top of that, their team just launched a new, more complex product, but leadership still expects the same short sales cycle.

"Do we shove everything into one demo? Or slow down and risk losing velocity?"

It's wild to live under the premise that everything on this platform should be business. 

I know I'm preaching to the choir a little bit here, but also just important to remember.

For example, everything I do in business, directly impacts my family, my church, and friends. On top of that, anytime I travel to meet with clients. I have genuine opportunity to make impact greater than just business. And don't get me wrong I want people to make more money, revenue is our game.

But to be really great at business, there's a side of that where you have to be really good with people. And guess what, most of our lives aren't solely focused around business. Because of that, because of the fact that we can build commonalities on other fronts, we actually have the opportunity to do more business.

So, I guess this is just my caffeinated rant to give you permission, again, to be your full self in business. It might just help you in the long run.

They could mean the difference between new clients and lost leads.

You could gain a lot or lose everything with words. 

So why would you leave them to chance on the "digital billboards" of for your company? 

Why would you be cute when you could be exact?

Why would you be clever when you could be clear?

Choose words that are clear, compelling, and drive people to action. You don't need a lot of them, you just need the right few for the right people at the right time.

Marketing stats and data are all over the place these days. It used to be so much easier

I put in a dollar and get out $5 - $10.

And even though it never *really* was that way, there are so many saturated channels, competitors, and confusing metrics that it's frustrating to not know where you should be.

What's worse? A lot of business owners I talk to who are winging their budgets going into that mess. How will you ever know what's "working" and what isn't?

We love some kind of structure like the EOS strategy. Because it helps give frameworks and guideposts and goals for all the Revenue-focused efforts you have. Even down to salaries. 

I hope you're not flailing like some I've talked to, but if you have some glimpse of an unknown, I'd love to talk to you.
