Over the past two decades I’ve worked at the intersection of venture, strategy, and capital raising, supporting founders, funds, and investors in building enduring businesses. My career has spanned operational leadership, fractional CFO/CCO roles, and advisory work across technology, real estate, and hospitality — always with a focus on translating innovation into investable growth.

Today, my work centres on family offices and multi-generational wealth groups seeking a structured, forward-looking approach to venture. As venture partners, we help families define mandates, filter opportunities, and deploy into sectors that align with long-horizon priorities — from software and critical infrastructure to hybrid asset-backed models. Our role is to bridge strategic capital with entrepreneurial execution, ensuring families engage venture from a position of clarity and conviction.

We complement this by working directly with funds and startups: helping VCs sharpen their theses and secure LP commitments, and guiding early-stage companies through the complexities of capital formation. This dual perspective — sitting on both the investor and operator side — allows us to bring a uniquely balanced view to every engagement.
