existing gong mcp servers had very limited functions. 

the official one by gong? 

behind an enterprise paywall.

so i made my own. full-featured, open source, 12 tools covering calls, transcripts, ai insights, users, and trackers.

in the image: for a feature launch i was working on, i had it search through ~2000 calls, identify prospects who mentioned that specific need, tier them by signal strength, and generate a google sheet for the team to use for re-engagement.

all in 17 minutes.

I work with 20+ stakeholders across product, engineering, cs, marketing, science, and leadership. in a remote setup, across multiple time zones. 

keeping track of who i haven’t talked to in a while? who’s not engaging with my internal communications (big part of my work)? who doesn’t have the latest project strategy information? which relationships are going shallow?

very hard to do.

I spent 35% of my time in stakeholder management, and I know many other PMMs do as well. 

so I built a internal stakeholder management system using claude code, just for myself. 

it pulls signals automatically from slack conversations, google meetings notes, jira, confluence, and google docs. scores each relationship on three dimensions: frequency, depth, and reciprocity. and generates a self-contained HTML dashboard.

the interesting part: it cross-references the relationships with a memory doc of my active projects. 

so instead of “talk to <stakeholder>,” it recommends “<stakeholder> has been reaching out about the campaign data analysis and you haven’t reciprocated — use the feb 10 call to bring her a concrete analysis.” 

this has been very helpful for tracking which colleagues I am slacking off in communicating with, in context of the projects I am working. 

I can update the entire dashboard with one command. /sync-stakeholders spins up 6 parallel agents, each scraping a different source, scores everyone, and renders the output in ~3 minutes.

if I want a deep dive on one person? /stakeholder-report < stakeholder name> gives me the full history: health score trajectory, every interaction, linked projects, trend analysis.

in the video: 2 months of tracking. the scatter plot maps score vs. trend: top-right is thriving, bottom-left needs attention. clicking any colleague’s name expands into a sparkline of their score and more details. 

it does need some fine-tuning to improve the recommendations with more future-looking contextual suggestions (and not be so extreme with them 💀).
