In my current role, I am at the forefront of shaping the next generation of Data Science and Machine Learning professionals. As a team leader, I oversee the progress and development of five dedicated Teaching Assistants, ensuring that the quality and efficiency of their instruction are consistently upheld to the highest standards.

A significant part of my work is focused on mentoring trainees, where I facilitate their transformation from budding enthusiasts to skilled practitioners. I provide targeted guidance and advice on complex Data Science projects and Machine Learning implementations, fostering an environment that encourages growth, curiosity, and learning-by-doing.

My role also involves in-depth code reviews to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in script and project executions. By promoting best coding practices and emphasizing the importance of understanding underlying algorithms and models, I help our trainees to develop not just technical proficiency, but also an analytical mindset that is essential in the rapidly evolving field of Data Science and Machine Learning.
