Siguranta si bunastarea familiei mele sunt cele mai importante lucruri pentru mine si de aceea imi place sa cunosc oamenii si sa aflu cum gandesc, ce isi doresc pentru ei si pentru familiile lor. Asta pentru ca stiu cat de importanta este siguranta financiara in viata fiecaruia.

Finantele personale si familiale au fost tot timpul o pasiune, iar in ziua de azi ajut oamenii sa isi protejeze bunurile si viata. In calitate de consultant financiar, ofer sfaturi si solutii personalizate pentru asigurari de viata, sanatate, vacante si multe altele, in functie de nevoile fiecaruia.

Scopul meu este de a-i ajuta pe oameni sa ia cele mai bune decizii in ceea ce priveste siguranta lor financiara. Asigurarile sunt un domeniu complex, insa eu incerc sa le abordez intr-un mod cat mai simplu, astfel incat oricine sa poata intelege cum functioneaza. 

Sunt o persoana creativa, empatica si implicata in toate ceea ce fac. Iubesc sa ma ocup de siguranta si bunastarea familiei mele, motiv pentru care am ales sa lucrez in domeniul asigurarilor. Mi-am propus sa ajut cat mai multe familii sa aiba o viata fericita si implinita, si imi dedic timpul si energia pentru a le asigura acestea.

I am currently working on Okta Identity & Access management cloud platform, offering support for enterprise-level customers.
Obtained the Okta certificates (Professional, Administrator, Consultant).
Work hands-on with Okta customers, in a post-sales role to provide support services.
•Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development.
•Interact with all levels of management and roles within the customer organization and Okta.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of the Okta Product.
• Survey customers to collect feedback and drive continuous improvement in our delivery capability.
• Use a knowledge repository of support best practices and other customer ideas which can continually enhance the Okta platform.
Achieve customer service objectives by:
- contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- being proactive and anticipating customer needs in advance;
- preparing and completing action plans;
- implementing quality and customer-service standards;
- resolving problems;
I provide customer and partner support, troubleshoot, and assist with new integrations as:
- Integrating Identity and Mobility Management
-  SSO, SAML, WS Federation Setup, SWA, OIDC
- Supporting implementation for cloud applications such as Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Box, Zoom, Slack etc.
- As a Level 2 Tech Support Engineer, the support is offered in a variety of forms (written/mail, conference calls)

This project had teach me that by being patient and striving to learn more and having enough ambition to learn things by yourself, good things can happen in your life. Amazing crew! Lovely, very friendly team and most important the best of the best humans. From top to bottom ones, each of my colleagues, no matter what was the position, higher than mine or lower, have been excellent as co-workers and as friends as well. Can't praise them more coz there is no way to describe how amazing each one of them is. Truly humble and honored to be a part of this project which has come to an end. We were together with good and bad, might not work together on the same project but we will still be in touch and care for each other. A new chapter needs to be open to reach the success that we want to achieve.
