- Acquisition - Led the influencers acquisition efforts starting Jun. 16 - up to a community of 14k signup  influencers on Instagram and YouTube in five countries, vetted according strict processes.
- Marketing - Designed and implemented the marketing & content strategy for our 5 operating countries. Responsible for inbound share within the New Business MRR.
- Retention - Designed and improved users onboarding and reactivation processes to increase activity rate and perceived value of the platform (both for influencers and brands).
- Operations - Built and supervised a growth team up to 5 people and led the launch of marketing operations in Spain (July. 17), Germany and Italy (Sept. 18).

In 3 years, we built a marketplace connecting  more than 300 brands with 14k influencers in 5 countries (France, United States, Spain, Germany and Italy). On the brand side, we were selling Saas subscriptions to beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. Octoly raised 1,2M€ early stage in 2015 (Otium Venture).
