But the reason my summary intrigues me is the reason I ask myself - 
1. Does my overall role in the company help people (either in the company or wider society)? I'm passionate about trying to create some form of social improvement in my lifetime and I am aware this can come in many forms.

2. Am I adding something to the company? (I do not want to be a cog in a very large wheel) My greatest attributes are my ideas, my commitment and my willingness to collaborate with others. I believe the success of many companies moving forwards depends on their ability to reduce their number of siloed teams and increase their overall collaboration - this is an environment I know I will excel in. And finally:
3. Can I combine any of my external passions - travel, communicating with people, sport (especially tennis) and continual learning? Why shouldn't my personal interests coincide with my job? I think that people who are passionate about the company they work for are far more likely to be successful than those who chase a pay quench.
