For me, Sundays play a huge role in how my rhythm gets reset for the week ahead.

I do like to organize myself a bit more to create micro plans. 

I think it's a game changer and lifts a lot of weight off my shoulders.
There's a lot of debate on whether Sunday should be an untouchable day you dedicate to yourself/ family and relax, or whether you relax + prep for the week.

There's no real silver bullet here :)

Just ensure it makes your life easier and keeps you relaxed.
