I helped my team by being involved in each of the advertising accounts on a day-to-day basis helping audit, manage, and optimize the accounts. In addition, I've built a system of marketing automation that amplifies the efforts of our marketing team. My responsibilities included digital analytics, revenue attribution, conversion rate optimization, TV media buying, and affiliate program management. Revenue attribution had never been attempted before at ICON. Using previous experience with revenue attribution, I introduced the new tools and wrote proprietary software to accurately measure revenue driven by TV advertising spend. 

While at ICON, I increased yearly revenue by more than $4 million per year through optimizing the site and providing detailed audits for improvements in media spend across the company.

I managed and trained 3-5 members of the marketing team while coordinating the marketing budget. In addition to my management responsibilities, I managed CampSaver's AdWords account with 250,000+ keywords and affiliate program. I created custom automations and inventory management for the Google Ads account and doubled the account size. I grew the affiliate program to be one of the largest merchants on the Avantlink Affiliate Network.

At CastleWave, I was the primary SEO strategist and process engineer. I developed several innovative SEO tactics and strategies that gave our clients a major advantage against their competition. These strategies got most of our clients to the top rankings for very competitive terms. In addition, I managed and developed company websites, managed our team in India, and maintained automation and reporting systems. One of my proudest accomplishments while there was taking one of our clients from ranking number 8, all the way to ranking 2nd position for the search term "online dating." It was a very, very competitive term and I got them there in six months.
