My responsibilities included digital analytics, revenue attribution, conversion rate optimization, TV media buying, and affiliate program management. Revenue attribution had never been attempted before at ICON. Using previous experience with revenue attribution, I introduced the new tools and wrote proprietary software to accurately measure revenue driven by TV advertising spend. 

While at ICON, I increased yearly revenue by more than $4 million per year through optimizing the site and providing detailed audits for improvements in media spend across the company.

In addition to my management responsibilities, I managed CampSaver's AdWords account with 250,000+ keywords and affiliate program. I grew the affiliate program to be one of the largest merchants on the Avantlink Affiliate Network.
