In 5-years at Wayfare, I had a challenging and eye-opening experience. 

Working at a small business is always unique, and Wayfare was no different. 

After some time waiting tables and helping out with technology, I became a shift manager and marketing director for the restaurant. 

For the last 2 years of my employment at Wayfare, I was maintaining the website, posting to social media, and managing the reputation on Yelp and google reviews. 

I was also the point of contact for tech services like Uber eats, Opentable, and untappd. 

In addition, I designed and printed the menus, fixed the wifi when it wasn’t working, and made updates to the POS. 

And even in those later days I sometimes was behind the bar, making margaritas and old fashioneds for a small-but-enthusiastic crowd of regulars.
