Before joining TDCX in July 2022, I worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Lenovo for a year, where I was responsible for generating sales leads, conducting market research, and presenting product features and benefits to potential customers. I used my writing, photography, and public relations skills to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials and campaigns. I also collaborated with the external and internal sales teams, as well as the technical support team, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
