Yesterday in London we brought together a group of innovators and industry leaders to explore how reframing ideas of financial health can shape a better future for all. 

Thank you to all who came – for the generosity of insight, challenge, and lived experience you brought into the room. 

And a special thank you to Alastair Campbell who shared ideas from his new book, “Healthy Money”, which calls for those in financial services to embrace a more holistic vision of financial wellbeing. 

Participants explored a set of case study examples drawn from an ethnographic research project we carried out with a leading national UK bank, using real people’s stories to surface the “invisible economy” that so often underpins resilience and wellbeing. 

By decentring the bank and listening more closely to lived experience, the conversations highlighted how financial services can better recognise motivations, respond to emotion, and partner in new ways to support healthier financial lives.
