I was born and brought up in a small city in India where I first hand witnessed disparity between different classes of society. 

In the first few years of my professional career, I tried to bridge those disparities by using the power of finance in catalyzing urban reform. I worked with Governments and Multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank to set up financial institutions committed to developing smart infrastructure in Africa and Southeast Asia.

A firm believer in capital for social good and equitable education for every child, I later helped raise funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations for a global nonprofit. My passion for creating social change drove me towards setting up two non-profit organizations that work towards empowering the underprivileged community. 

In 2019, I was selected as a part of the LGT fellowship cohort- a group of ten changemakers working around the globe to help create social change. In late 2020, I got sold on the promise of decentralization and spent the next year or so building multiple web3 products and communities. The products I've built have won grants from foundations of all major blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and others). I work closely with SuperteamDAO and Makerdock in helping grow the web3 ecosystem.

My vision for the next decade is to build at the frontier of technology and create protocols and structures to take web3 mainstream.

When I am not talking about web3 or sustainable social impact, I am talking about football, rock music, or my cross-country travels.

Leading the pan-India inbound operations for Amazon Fresh across multiple verticals. Manages dedicated hub operations for Fresh sites across the country through a distributed network of sites. Owns the end-to-end farm to fork supply chain for produce selection and dedicated cold storage network for perishable products. Together across verticals, handled over 0.5MM units/day of operations. 

Engaged in enabling growth for Amazon Fresh in India, changing the way India buys and sells grocery.

Leading the operations and business for 1/3rd of the India business for Amazon Fresh (erstwhile Prime Now) and the fastest customer promise for Amazon in India, Sub-Same day. Currently leading a large team spread across multiple cities for fulfillment center operations and enabling customer delight. Leading the operations for West region for Amazon Fresh (erstwhile Prime Now) and based out of Mumbai. Engaged in growing the 2hr hyperlocal grocery delivery model for the business and engaging the customers across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Responsible for all fulfillment center operations and projects to improve the supply chain for the specialty fulfillment network. Responsible for driving projects and growth initiatives for the west region.

Apart from overlooking the entire fulfillment operations also responsible for new site launch and multiple programs that aid in growing the farm to fork solutions for catering to Fresh business.
