Design Manager (UX Architect)

As a Principle UX Designer, i was responsible for end to end interaction designs of enterprise products, research, mentoring team members who deliver UX, working with cross functional teams to ensure better UX designs get implemented. Actively promoting design thinking process across organization.

Worked closely with Product Management, Engineering and UI Development teams for better collaboration and co-design process. Performed rapid usability test sessions to quickly gather the feedback. 

Experience in creating high fidelity interactive wireframes through Axure and creating user flows using Omnigraffle as well as creating micro-interactions. On a constant lookout to improve the way interactions can be built using tools and integrations like Sketch & Principle.

Worked as a UX project manager for product design group and took the responsibility of tracking UX design projects that involve requirement gathering, execution and quality delivery and reviews of the UX design projects. 

Worked with the cross functional teams for the new project assignments and status updates, working with vendors for product design related assignments and contracts. Used Clarity, MS Project, Open Workbench tools for the tasks within this role. 

Also involved in UX research and interaction design activities for the CA Products.

UX Project Manager

Worked as a Sr. Usability Engineer and responsible for creating interaction designs, wireframes, Information Architecture, personas, task analysis. Created low fidelity wireframes and evaluated them with the real users of CA products.

As a Sr. UX Researcher i was responsbile in conducting research activities for various CA products with different objectives to improve the usability and user engagement. Conducted almost 150+ Usability Test sessions and 30 customer interview sessions. Performed numerous UI Design Reviews, heuristic analysis, competitive analysis etc.
