I came across a fascinating theory during a client call this week:

The "Eat The Frog" theory.

The idea is simple:

If you do the hardest task first (the frog), everything after feels easier.

Here's what I have been doing since:

1. Pick 1 task the night before
2. Do it first, before calls or messages
3. Just finish it, instead of perfecting it
4. Reward yourself later on for finishing it

It's uncomfortable for the first 10 minutes.

Trust me, it takes a lot to push yourself through that task, but it's freeing for the next 10 hours.

I never planned to run a personal branding agency.

In fact, it started as something small...

I was just exploring LinkedIn and testing a few ideas with repetition.

For 4 months straight I did the same without a break:

Mistakes I’ve made on LinkedIn 
(and still make sometimes)

1.  Saving drafts I never posted.
2. Letting mood dictate consistency.
3. Ignoring DMs because I felt too busy.
4. Not focusing on engagement and ignoring it.  
5 Comparing myself to creators who aren’t here for a similar goal. 
6. Disappearing when I actually had things to share on a trending topic. 
7. Posting what I thought would perform instead of what I wanted to say.
