If you’ve ever wondered why your ads look perfect but your revenue doesn’t…
This story is going to sting a little (in a good way).

Last week, while reviewing performance for a brand we manage, something odd showed up.

Traffic was great.
Creatives were working.
CPCs were under control.
Add to cart was high.

But conversions?
They were dead flat.

So we went through the usual checklist - ads, targeting, product pages.
Everything looked clean.

Out of curiosity, I opened their store on mobile and tried buying the product myself.

That’s where the real issue was.

The checkout felt like a form submission.

Too many fields.
No instant address fill.

The coupon wasn’t obvious.
COD was the default, but prepaid looked hidden.

Basically… it made a warm buyer feel cold.

So, we decided to swap the native flow for FlexyPe to overhaul the experience.

We didn’t change a single ad.
We didn’t relaunch campaigns.

We simply fixed the buying experience.

And funnily, the numbers moved faster with that one change than with any “strategy tweak” we had planned.


Conversions went up.
Prepaid share improved.
RTO dropped.


It reminded me of something I keep telling clients:
Sometimes the revenue problem isn’t at the top of the funnel.
