Hi, I am Garvit Arora, a digital marketing agency owner & an E-COMMERCE EXPERT.

Back in 2015, when I jumped into the world of online marketing, I was very fascinated with E-Commerce and always had a desire to learn & getting deep down into it.

My desire led me to work with a few startups and small companies to learn some basics about Digital Marketing & E-Commerce that too without any recognition (I was crazy for learning, I never used to expect any stipend or certificate, all I wanted is the knowledge).

However, I finally got a golden opportunity when I was hired by an agency (it was a small agency) where I was appointed as a Media Buyer from the very first day (I was lucky as when I had joined, both of my seniors left and I was the only option left for them to handle paid advertising).

Now, I was the in-charge of Paid ads. 

I worked really hard, I failed and I again hustled and learned from my failures, enrolled in the various courses, attended masterminds, implemented my learning and finally become an expert in generating online sales through Facebook advertising.

I left the agency back in 2018 and started freelance eCommerce marketing and generated over $1M+ for my clients in 6 months.

I have set up my own agency in November 2018 and since then my team and I have worked on many E-Commerce Businesses

We generated ₹2-3 CR monthly sales for a client.

Then the client said stop…

Not because sales were bad.

Because every rupee came from heavy discounts.

20% off. 30% off. Flash sales.

It wasn't scalable.

Hence one day, the client called and challenged us:
"No more discounts. Find another way."

We were ready for the dip for a month.

Initial 10-15 days were of extreme struggle.

Sales dropped hard.

We tried everything:
> Professional Creatives
Client said it’d be too expensive. Not worth it.

> UGC
It was again time-consuming. Plus no control over quality.

> Influencer Collabs
We paid ₹10 lakhs to a big influencer. And let me tell you the output was just bad.
She made videos focusing on jewelry instead of clothes. Which is our main focus
All we got was zero sales. Money gone.

Scene 5: Lifestyle moment with model sitting, fixing hair, taking selfie
Scene 6: Aesthetic zoom-out ending

3/. Added music and simple editing to create that human touch

Initially it took us 2 hours on a video. Then 1 hour.

Now the team is working on an AI agent to hit 50-60 videos daily with full edits.

In January, we’re in a great position revenue wise.

Cut acquisition costs by 40-50%.

60% of sales now from AI creatives.
