Youth sports tournaments are quietly changing.

Last week we processed 2,717 tickets.

34% were pre-purchased

65% were self-serve

0.4% were sold via a gate agent

That means only 11 people needed a gate agent.

The old model:

Cash
A slow credit card reader
Operators have no idea who is attending their tournament
Long lines because every attendee has to interact with a gate agent

The new model:

Multiple purchase options (pre-purchase, self-serve, tap-to-pay)
Text delivery
Apple Pay + Wallet
Fewer gate agents required
Operators have direct access to attendees

This isn't about ticketing.

It's about reimagining the tournament experience and model.

We're just getting started.
