• Architected Seat Pricing Tool (pricing strategy for Justworks) that consolidated pricing for 3 different internal operation departments through collaborations with various key stakeholders
• Developed a payroll report saving over 207 hours by customer support to calculate payroll costs for the Paycheck Protection Program which was downloaded by 73.5% of current and former customers in response to helping customers during COVID-19 pandemic
• Refactored and scaled Workers Compensation Underwriting Tools to decrease document upload time from 3 hours to 30 minutes, leveraging the internal design system to build internal tools
• Re-architecture of End-of-Year Tax preview guide by defining domain objects, service layer abstraction and improve the test coverage to a 100% for future reusability

• Led design and collaborated with Web team for Drupal (and AngularJS) sites services offered by CUIT
• Authored test plans, conducted usability tests and collaborated with clients to launch sites
• Collaborated and consult clients by conducting usability tests to define the information architecture of their site
• Analyzed existing sites to assist update with Drupal 8 system across Columbia.edu sites
• Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end heat-mapping analysis and google analytics to improve site designs

• Backend engineer for mi.Symptoms, a web app for symptom monitoring of patients with heart failure
• Transport backend patient data in .Net to different servers and designed web app in C#
• Worked with 11 healthcare providers to plan and execute user testing in clinical settings to develop symptom visualizations
