I care a lot about building things that are thoughtful with people’s time, attention, and energy.

I’m a technical product and engineering leader with 10+ years in software. I’ve led engineering teams, taken real ownership of messy internal systems and AI initiatives, and spent a lot of time in the unglamorous, messy middle (my favorite!) figuring out why things break, get slow, or exhaust the people using them.

Over the last few years, I’ve worked as an executive coach for engineers, PMs, and founders. This experience changed how I see organizations. It gave me a front-row seat to where work actually gets stuck. (Un)surprisingly, it's not in the tech itself, but in unclear ownership, misaligned objectives, and communication that has fallen to the wayside.

That perspective has made me sharper about trust, partnership, and how real decisions actually get made.

My free time consists of learning to hip hop dance (still terrible but still having fun, thanks for asking!) and weightlifting. I have a strong affinity for wigs. My favorite will always be when I dressed up as Estelle from the Golden Girls.

Innovator | VC-Backed AI FinTech Entrepreneur | Venture Capital

As of June 2025, I successfully exited FINVISE (Imperium Global Ventures Ltd) as Founder & CEO following its acquisition by a strategic investor. FINVISE is a venture capital–backed, AI-powered, regulated FinTech valuation company that I founded, scaled, and led to serve financial institutions across the UK.

Previously, as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and one of the youngest tenured academics in the UK, I specialised in real estate finance and valuation across fully RICS-accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes at the University of Westminster, Westminster Business School’s School of Applied Management, I held dual roles as Senior Lecturer and Course Leader, where I lectured, led programmes, advanced digital-focused curriculum innovation, and represented the institution in national and international forums.

My academic research explored the interplay between pricing (worth & value), valuation, risk, correlation, and modelling, with a particular emphasis on the digitalisation of real estate and the development of AI-driven valuation models (AVMs). This included applying advanced machine learning and deep learning methods such as artificial neural networks (ANN), convolutional neural networks (CNN), recurrent neural networks (RNN), and related approaches. I also maintained an academic affiliation with Homerton College, University of Cambridge, in mathematics education.

Before academia, I held a leadership role in a major financial institution and supported the UK expansion of the world’s largest real estate franchise as a franchise owner and partner. Alongside my core roles, I have served on the boards of two regulated firms in advisory capacities.

I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), the Royal Statistical Society (FRSS), the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), and the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS). I also hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), awarded by the UK Department for Education.

An alumnus of both the University of Cambridge (Homerton College) and University College London (UCL), I continue to combine expertise across academia, finance, and entrepreneurship.
