I care a lot about building things that are thoughtful with people’s time, attention, and energy.

I’m a technical product and engineering leader with 10+ years in software. I’ve led engineering teams, taken real ownership of messy internal systems and AI initiatives, and spent a lot of time in the unglamorous, messy middle (my favorite!) figuring out why things break, get slow, or exhaust the people using them.

Over the last few years, I’ve worked as an executive coach for engineers, PMs, and founders. This experience changed how I see organizations. It gave me a front-row seat to where work actually gets stuck. (Un)surprisingly, it's not in the tech itself, but in unclear ownership, misaligned objectives, and communication that has fallen to the wayside.

That perspective has made me sharper about trust, partnership, and how real decisions actually get made.

My free time consists of learning to hip hop dance (still terrible but still having fun, thanks for asking!) and weightlifting. I have a strong affinity for wigs. My favorite will always be when I dressed up as Estelle from the Golden Girls.

Lead Product Designer

2025 had an ending I did not see coming 👀

In November, I was invited to support a month long trip for a community of digital nomads traveling to Egypt!

A once in a lifetime opportunity called and I answered 📞

On good terms, I left Salesforce, packed 2 suitcases, and moved to Egypt for rest of the year. 

The experience and career clarity was exactly what I needed to kick off my 2026 job search!

More to come on that but for now, here are some trip highlights:

Here’s what happened when I posted about my current job search:

This experience clarified how I'm going to find my next role with intention. 

Since I'm still actively exploring full time roles, here's my plan: 

- take exploratory calls
- post publicly about my search
- stay open to titles that favor impact

And lately, I’ve been interested in VC platform teams.

From what I’ve observed, they value doers with non-linear backgrounds who can flex across strategy, operations, and relationships...just like me 😇

It was 2016 in NYC
Side parts were strong 
SoulCycle was a religion
Girlbosses were leaning in
Millennial pink was everywhere
Bottomless brunch was mandatory
Honestly, you just had to be there 🤷‍♀️

My time in Dahab, Egypt wasn’t all bucket listing and riding camels...it was a work trip after all 😜

I supported the operations of a month long international trip, which meant wearing a lot of hats:

- planning and hosting networking events
- supporting the host as plans changed (often)
- researching and booking dinners for large groups
- coordinating international travel across time zones

But the most important part of the role wasn’t logistical...it was protecting the culture of the trip!

Making sure people felt supported, connected, and taken care of while working remotely. 

I closed out the trip with superlatives in “Dahab’s Most Likely”, giving members memorable souvenirs 🏆 

Even though I was working, I was too busy having fun to notice! 

This experience highlighted how much I enjoy sitting at the intersection of operations, people, and trust.
