Management at an independent collective marketing organization for the museums of Amsterdam (N8). N8 organizes the Museum Night and other activities during the year to attract a young audience (18-35 yrs) to the museums of Amsterdam.

Platform Arbeidsmarkt Culturele en Creatieve Toekomst (Platform ACCT)

Platform ACCT is opgericht voor het blijvend versterken van de arbeidsmarkt van de culturele en creatieve sector en het verbeteren van de (inkomens)positie van werkenden die daarin actief zijn. Dat doen we door middel van de sociale dialoog. Dit is een continu gesprek tussen vertegenwoordigers van sociale partners (werkenden, opdrachtnemers, werkgevers en opdrachtgevers) en andere belangenbehartigers en overheden. Via de sociale dialoog wordt toegewerkt naar sociale arrangementen (of sectorale convenanten), waarin de gemaakte afspraken worden geborgd. 

In het programma Oog voor Impuls wordt verder gewerkt aan het verbeteren van de arbeidsmarktpositie van werkenden in de culturele en creatieve sector en het versterken van de sector als geheel. Dit doen we door een impuls te geven aan zelfstandigen en werkgevers/opdrachtgevers om fair practice toe te passen bij inzet van flexwerk.

Speelt als freelancer in binnen- en buitenland. Heeft ruime ervaring in diverse stijlen (klassiek, modern, muziektheater, musical en pop).  Remplaceerde regelmatig bij oa het Metropole Orkest, Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest en Het Balletorkest. Ook speelde ze talloze musical- en muziektheaterproducties. Speelde diverse tunes in (oa voor radio 4), was geregeld te gast bij Podium Witteman, en is als sessiemuzikant te horen op verschillende albums.

Ik ben een creatief ondernemer met een passie voor de culturele sector. Vanwege mijn carrière als hoboïste heb ik een schat aan ervaring op en buiten het podium. Ik weet de vertaalslag van beleid naar de werkvloer te maken, kan plannen en cijfers in praktijk brengen en weet anderen te overtuigen door middel van dialoog. Mijn netwerk binnen de culturele sector is groot.
