I am a general registered nurse with over 17 years of experience. 

Most of my experience has been within the care home industry working in a number of job roles such as registered nurse, deputy manager, care manager, director of care and quality assurance manager. 

I have a very good relationship with CQC.  I have worked for yeh care quality commission for the past 6 years as a bank specialist advisor supporting the inspectorate team in care homes.
