With 20+ years of Executive experience in People Strategy and HR, I am not your typical CHRO.  I've taken my experience, and translated it into building a thriving business supporting others who are doing the same.  I don't tip toe around the hard issues.  I speak the language of the C-suite, I let go of the corporate HR jargon a long time ago, and am able to break down seemingly overwhelming complex problems into solvable micro-initiatives that add up to huge changes.
