Ecommerce Platform Migration and Management: Overseeing comprehensive ecommerce migration projects to ensure seamless transitions, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and maximize return on investment (ROI). This includes leading initiatives to replatform clients to modern solutions like Shopify Plus, which offer better scalability, security, and performance​​​​.

Innovation and Technology Integration: Driving the adoption of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to improve product discovery, user experience, and overall ecommerce functionality. This includes integrating best-of-breed solutions for my clients. 

Order Management and Optimization: Managing order orchestration platforms to optimize the mapping between supply and demand, ensuring efficient and effective order fulfillment​​.

•	Researched, chose and implemented new website personalization and A / B testing tool increasing number of tests by 40% and creation of personalization program.
•	Designed, implemented and executed over 30 targeted and personalized marketing campaigns through Monetate for merger of officedepot.com and officemax.com and converting over 50% of OfficeMax customer base.
•	Created reusable dynamic HTML ad components allowing for business users to create front-end marketing ads and reducing creative team image based work by 70% and allowing production turn-around time reduction from one week to minutes to change ads on site.

Sr. Product Manager, E-Commerce

Planned digital media programs including vendor relationships, budgeting, contract negotiations, media planning, creative delivery, campaign implementation and post campaign ROI analysis and presentation. Acted as internal marketing agency for merchandising and marketing partners; creating integrated marketing plans throughout display, paid search, natural search, remarketing, social and feed-based product marketing. Managed $40M annual media budget and maintain 4 agency relationships.
•	Designed enhanced digital marketing program by applying reusable data feed structure integrating external vendors and channels linking marketing actions back to internal customers and transactions leading to much more efficient marketing spend.
•	Turned paid search overall CPC around 40% by complete campaign audit initiative and optimization initiatives.
