1. Raised and led cross functional team of 25 volunteers for Chief Technology Officer, to establish a process to capture innovative ideas through an online portal, evaluate those ideas and implement the best ones to generate business outcomes. Selected as India representative, 1 in 6200 employees, in HP Global Innovation Council.

2. Managing HP’s relations with 21 partner organizations including OECD, ISTE, IIM Ahmedabad, Teach For India, etc. which were collectively granted $1 million to encourage innovations in education delivery in India. Leading team of 140 HP volunteers towards capacity building of grantees and evaluating impact of projects.

3. Analyzed, shortlisted and documented 25K hours of social volunteering activities to be factored as part of CSR expenditure by HP India in alignment with Schedule VII, Companies Act 2013

4. Managing Employee Engagement portfolio for Vice President, HP India. Leading 90 employees to run several initiatives at global, country and center levels including fun at work, gender diversity, developing culture to reward and recognize employees, better goal setting and feedback processes.

5. Estimated 10% transportation cost savings by recommending best vendor for optimizing truck routing and scheduling. Identified best vendor based on improvements in cost savings, turnaround time, vendor credibility.
