Hello, I'm Vignavi, a Quality Assurance Lead with over 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, and I am now learning Cloud and DevOps (as part of my interest in enhancing QA processes). I have a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, where I also completed my Bachelor's degree in the same field.

I currently serve as the Quality Assurance Lead at Phenom, where I am entrusted with significant accountability to both management and executive leadership. In this capacity, I lead the Automation Testing team, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between core product development teams and service delivery units.
My responsibilities encompass multiple dimensions: providing leadership and guidance to my team, collaborating closely with product managers to plan and structure automation initiatives, fulfilling the role of Scrum Master to oversee agile sprint planning, and managing project coordination across diverse teams. Through effective collaboration and strategic oversight, I ensure that dependencies are addressed promptly and solutions are identified to maintain high standards of quality and delivery.
I recently worked as a Lead QA Engineer at EA Sports, working with quality designers and analysts in the whole QA process from scratch and leading cross-functional teams in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies that ensured product reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. I leveraged cutting-edge tools and frameworks, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, JIRA, and Software Testing Foundations, to optimize testing processes and streamline workflows. I also trained and mentored junior team members, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment. 

As a passionate Cloud and DevOps enthusiast, I am always eager to enhance my skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of QA and technology. I have completed the Cloud & DevOps Programme at Hero Vired, where I learned how to use various cloud and DevOps tools and techniques. I also hold multiple Software Testing and QA certifications from LinkedIn, demonstrating my proficiency and commitment to quality.
