Leading a dedicated team of Learner Relationship Managers and Operations Associates, I am responsible for overseeing the online class delivery of Data Science Programs (ABADS, BADS, IDMA, and AIML) tailored for both working professionals and freshers across various batches.

Manager - Learning Operations

Before transitioning to Learning Operations within the Delivery Team, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience by implementing diverse strategies for tech and data programs, as well as enterprise solutions catering to B2B and B2I segments.

Key Achievements:
► Conducted program research and curated curriculum design for Data and Tech programs, focusing on TG persona, aligning academic delivery with industry requirements, conducting job description and competitive analyses, evaluating salary insights, and assessing program viability and potential.
► Assumed ownership of driving learning pedagogy to ensure a seamless learning experience and positive career outcomes. 
► Independently managed 25+ cohorts, addressing red flags, conducting learner feedback analysis, and auditing live sessions to ensure consistent pedagogy implementation across programs and cohorts.
► Maintained close coordination with cross-functional teams, including Academics (faculty), Content, Delivery, Sales (B2B & B2C), Tech and product, and external stakeholders to align and drive the overall vision.

► Led a team of LMS Authors, overseeing smooth authoring-related activities on the LMS (Moodle) platform.

Assistant Manager - Learning Experience Strategy

► Led the team of Content Strategists, industry subject matter experts, and the in-house Content, Editing, Graphics & Production teams to design the new age Joint Degree curriculum for college freshers.
► Build the B2C Delivery team for upGrad Campus and closely coordinated with the Student Success & the Careers team.
► Managed the hiring, training & monitoring of 80+ Technical/Non-Technical Resources (Instructor/Subject Matter Experts), Coordinated with them for class schedules, live classes, invoices, and payments.
