Designed a Star schema for the CMS Call Center Management and Developed an Essbase Aggregate Storage Cube in Version 9.3.1. The cube benefited the end users by providing them call data metrics for every half hour at the different Call Center sites. This would enable the site managers to monitor performance of call centers and provide coaching to the agents if needed. The Data was presented to the users by developing reports using Cognos Executive Viewer.
